Keara Hailey Gordon
Keara Hailey Gordon is the Director and Co-Founder of Practically Dramatic and leads Music Together® programs in Metuchen, South Orange, Maplewood, and Millburn. With over 20 years of experience as a Music Together® instructor, Keara brings a lifelong passion for the performing arts and arts education to her work. She is a seasoned performer with more than 35 years in the industry as a member of Actor’s Equity and SAG. Keara is a New Jersey-certified Theatre educator (K–12) with a Master’s degree in Theatre Studies from Montclair State University. She is dedicated to inspiring creativity, confidence, and connection in every child and family she works with.
Eben Gordon
Eben Gordon is the Co-Founder of Practically Dramatic and a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association. With a career spanning both stage and behind-the-scenes work, Eben has built a reputation as a dynamic actor, director, and producer. For nearly two decades, he has brought his passion for the performing arts into the classroom as a dedicated educator at Chatham Day School in Chatham, NJ. There, he has directed more than 80 youth theatrical productions and has mentored countless students in public speaking, acting, and vocal performance, helping them develop confidence and find their voices both onstage and off.
Danny Sims
Dan F. Sims - is an actor, teaching artist and theatrical creative born and raised in New Jersey having performed in various TYA (Theatre for Young Audiences) Tours, Regional and Community houses throughout the Metropolitan area. A Montclair State University graduate, Dan has performed and worked in collaboration with local theaters and organizations such as The Growing Stage, Pushcart Players, Centenary Stage Co, Fair Moon Stages, Third Revelation Theatre Co. and The Encore Orchestra of NJ, to name a few, as well as working as a production creative for many Michael Anthony Theatrical productions in New York City in venues such as Green Room 42 and Chelsea Table & Stage. Whether performing on stage or working behind the table, Dan has an unwavering passion for creating and sharing his love of live entertainment with audiences and theatre lovers alike.
